Quote & Planning
Tell us your team size, where everyone is based, and the weekend you have in mind. You get a flat quote for the day plus a recommended outdoor location. Book at least 7 days ahead.
Location & Light
We shoot outdoors in natural light — Riverdale, Van Cortlandt Park, or somewhere closer to your team by arrangement. The session is timed for the best light, and a portable white backdrop can come along if you want a clean uniform background.
Directed Individual Sessions
Each team member gets 5-10 minutes. We capture multiple angles, expressions, and variations. Quick, relaxed, no stress.
Consistent Professional Editing
Every image is hand-edited with matching color correction, tone, and style. Your team looks unified and polished.

Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park are home ground, 15 minutes from Midtown on the 1 train. Shooting outdoors closer to your own team is possible by arrangement.

How much daylight it takes
Roughly 5-10 minutes per person, plus scouting. Small teams usually wrap inside a single 1-2 hour weekend block.

What you get back
Natural backgrounds, a portable white backdrop brought outdoors, or both — plus how many finished selects each person needs.
Team days are quoted individually rather than sold off a menu — you get one flat number for the whole session, not per-person math. Send your headcount and the weekend you have in mind and we'll come back with a quote. Individual bookings are the only fixed prices we publish: the Stroll & Shoot Mini at $65 and the Outdoor Headshot at $149.

What's the minimum team size?
We work with teams as small as 3 people. Solo founders and individuals can book an Outdoor Headshot instead — $149 for a 30-minute session, or $99 for a first session with code NEW50.
Where do you shoot?
Outdoors, in natural light. Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park in The Bronx are the default — 15 minutes from Midtown on the 1 train — along with Spuyten Duyvil, Kingsbridge, and lower Westchester. Teams can also be photographed outdoors near their own location by arrangement.
Is there a studio?
No. There is no indoor studio and no studio lighting. Every session is shot outdoors in natural light. Backgrounds are greenery, park, and street by default, and a portable white backdrop can be brought outdoors if your team wants a clean uniform look.
What days can we book?
Outdoor team dates run Saturdays and Sundays. If you would rather I came to your office, on-site days run on weekdays. Either way, plan at least 7 days of lead time so the day can be locked in and your team can be prepped.
How long does the session take?
For a 5-10 person team, plan 1.5-2 hours of daylight. We run staggered arrivals so nobody stands around waiting for their turn.
What should we wear?
Business casual to business formal. Solid colors, minimal logos, and layers you can adjust outdoors. We send a detailed style guide before your session.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is 48 hours. Fully edited images in multiple formats ready for web, LinkedIn, and print.
Can we add people later?
Yes. New hires can book an individual Outdoor Headshot or be added to a follow-up weekend date. The editing matches your original session so the team page stays consistent.
What happens if it rains?
Everything is outdoors, so weather matters. If the forecast turns, your session moves to the next available weekend date at no extra cost.
