Team Headshots

Team Headshots
That Unify Your Brand

Shot outdoors in natural light — Riverdale, Van Cortlandt Park, and lower Westchester. Matching backgrounds and editing for the whole team. Saturdays and Sundays, 48-hour delivery, quoted for your headcount.

Why Team Consistency Matters

Visual Credibility

When your website team page shows 15 different styles of photos — some bright, some dark, some cropped differently, some from 2015 — it signals chaos. Consistent headshots signal "we have our act together."

Recruitment Impact

Candidates research your team before applying. A polished team page makes your company look more professional, established, and investable. Recruitment-stage visits increase with quality team photography.

Client Trust

Your team is your brand. Clients judge your company by how you present yourselves. Consistent, professional team photos build trust and communicate competence from the first impression.

Ease of Use

We deliver photos in multiple formats and aspect ratios. Your team members can drop their headshots directly into your CMS, LinkedIn, annual reports, and materials with zero resizing.

How It Works

Outdoors, In Natural Light

Every session is shot outdoors — no studio, no strobes, no conference room commandeered for the afternoon. Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park are the default: greenery, stone, and open street backgrounds, 15 minutes from Midtown on the 1 train. Teams can also be photographed outdoors near their own location by arrangement.

Sessions run Saturdays and Sundays, timed for the flattering part of the day. Each person is on camera for 5-10 minutes, so a whole team moves through in one weekend block.

Consistent Results

Same light, same backgrounds, same editing style for every person. Whether it's your leadership team, one department, or the whole company — everyone looks equally polished. If you want a clean uniform background instead of greenery, a portable white backdrop can be brought outdoors and lit naturally.

Your team page will look unified, intentional, and credible.

How Team Quoting Works

Headcount

How many people need photographing, and whether everyone can make one weekend date or the team needs to be split across two.

Location

Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park are home ground. Shooting outdoors somewhere closer to your own team is possible by arrangement and gets factored into the day.

Time on the day

Roughly 5-10 minutes of daylight per person, plus scouting and setup. A 10-person team and a 40-person team are very different days.

Backgrounds & deliverables

Natural backgrounds, a portable white backdrop brought outdoors, or both — plus how many finished selects each person needs.

Team and event days are quoted individually rather than sold off a menu. Send your headcount, the weekend you have in mind, and where your team is based, and you get one flat number for the whole day — no per-person math, no surprises. Team dates need at least 7 days of lead time.

The Team Headshot Process

1

Quote & Planning

Tell us your headcount, where your team is based, the weekend you have in mind, and any style preferences. You get a flat quote for the day back, plus a recommended location and time.

2

Pre-Session Coordination

We send clothing guidelines, the meeting point, and a running order to your team. Book at least 7 days ahead so there is time to get everyone prepped.

3

Location & Light

We shoot outdoors. Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park give greenery, stone, and open street backgrounds, and the session is timed for the best light of the day. A portable white backdrop can come along if your team wants a clean uniform background.

4

Individual Sessions

Each team member steps in for 5-10 minutes. We capture multiple angles, expressions, and variations. It's quick, relaxed, and there is no line waiting in a hallway.

5

Professional Editing

Hand-edited for consistency. Same color, skin tone, and overall look across all team members, whether they were shot in the first block or the last.

6

Delivery

3-5 fully edited images per person in a private gallery within 48 hours. Multiple formats ready for your website, LinkedIn, and materials.

From Small Teams to Whole Companies

Small Teams (up to 10)

One weekend block, usually 1-2 hours. Everyone gets individual attention and multiple takes.

Mid Teams (11-50)

A full Saturday or Sunday, run in staggered arrival blocks so the light stays good and nobody waits.

Large Teams (50+)

Split across multiple weekend dates, planned in advance so the look stays identical from the first date to the last.

Common Questions

Why is team consistency important for branding?

Consistent team photos signal professionalism, unity, and stability. Visual coherence across your website, directory, and reports shapes how candidates, clients, and partners perceive your company.

Where do team sessions happen?

Outdoors, in natural light. Home ground is Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park in The Bronx — 15 minutes from Midtown on the 1 train — plus Spuyten Duyvil, Kingsbridge, and lower Westchester (Yonkers, Bronxville, Hastings-on-Hudson, Scarsdale, Pelham, Mount Vernon). Teams can also be photographed outdoors near their own location by arrangement; that gets worked out when we quote the day.

Is this shot in a studio?

No. There is no indoor studio — every session is outdoors in natural light. Backgrounds are greenery, park, and street by default, and a portable white backdrop can be brought outdoors and lit naturally if your team wants a clean, uniform background.

What days can we book?

Both. Outdoor team days run on Saturdays and Sundays; if you would rather I came to your office, on-site days run on weekdays — that is the same format I use for school photo days. Either way, plan at least 7 days of lead time so the date can be locked in and your team can get the prep guide beforehand.

How long does it take to photograph a team?

About 5-10 minutes per person. For a 20-person team, plan 2-3 hours of daylight. We shoot in staggered blocks so nobody spends the morning waiting around.

What if we have a large team (50+ people)?

We scale by adding weekend dates rather than rushing one. Large teams are usually split across two or more Saturday or Sunday blocks, planned in advance so the light and the look stay consistent across every date.

How much do team headshots cost?

Team and event days are quoted, not sold off a menu. Send your headcount, the weekend you have in mind, and where your team is based through the contact form, and you get one flat number for the day. Individual sessions are the only fixed prices we publish: the Stroll & Shoot Mini is $65 and the Outdoor Headshot is $149.

What if team members can't make the session?

Anyone who misses the day can book an individual Outdoor Headshot, or a second weekend date can be built into the quote. Either way the editing matches the rest of the team.

What happens if it rains?

Everything is shot outdoors, so weather matters. If the forecast turns, your team moves to the next available weekend date at no extra cost.
