At Your Office, or Outdoors
Most practices and offices have me come to them: I set up in a conference room or quiet corner with a portable backdrop, and each person steps away for a few minutes. Teams that want natural light can meet outdoors in Riverdale or Van Cortlandt Park instead.
On-site sessions run on weekdays, in the morning or after work; outdoor sessions run on weekends. Each person is on camera for 5-10 minutes, so a small team is done in under an hour.

Time on the day
Roughly 5-10 minutes per person, plus setup. A 5-person practice and a 40-person team are very different days.
Backgrounds & deliverables
A matching backdrop, natural outdoor backgrounds, or both, plus how many finished selects each person needs.
$99 per person with a $495 minimum (covers up to 5 people). Travel in the Bronx and lower Westchester, setup and two retouched headshots per person are included. Payment in full holds the date. Send how many people and a few dates that work, and I'll confirm the total and the date. Plan about a week of lead time.

The Team Headshot Process
Planning
Tell us your headcount, where your team is based, a few dates that work, and any style preferences. You get the total ($99 per person, $495 minimum) and a confirmed date and setup.
Pre-Session Coordination
We send clothing guidelines, the meeting point, and a running order to your team. Book up to two days before so there is time to get everyone prepped.
Setup
On site, I set up a portable backdrop in a conference room or quiet corner so every person matches. Outdoors, Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park give greenery, stone and open street backgrounds.
Individual Sessions
Each team member steps in for 5-10 minutes. We capture multiple angles, expressions, and variations. It's quick, relaxed, and there is no line waiting in a hallway.
Professional Editing
Hand-edited for consistency. Same color, skin tone, and overall look across all team members, whether they were shot in the first block or the last.
Delivery
2 retouched headshots per person in a private gallery within 2 weeks, often sooner for small teams. Multiple formats ready for your website, LinkedIn, and materials.

One visit, usually under an hour. Everyone gets individual attention and multiple takes.
Mid Teams (11-50)
A morning or afternoon, run in staggered blocks so nobody waits.

How long does it take to photograph a team?
About 5-10 minutes per person. A 5-person practice takes under an hour; a 20-person team, two to three hours. People come in staggered so nobody waits around.
What if we have a large team (50 or more people)?
We split large teams across more than one block or date, planned in advance so the look stays identical from the first person to the last.
How much do team headshots cost?
$99 per person, with a $495 minimum that covers up to 5 people. So 3 people is $495, 8 people is $792, 12 people is $1,188. That includes travel anywhere in the Bronx and lower Westchester, setup, and two retouched headshots per person. Payment in full holds the date. Bigger groups or a full day become a School & Team Photo Day, from $1,495. For one or two people, the individual sessions are better value: Outdoor Headshot $149, Studio Headshot $214.
What if team members can't make the session?
Anyone who misses the day can book an individual session later, and the editing is matched to the rest of the team so new hires fit the set too.
What happens if it rains?
On-site sessions are indoors, so weather doesn't matter. If an outdoor team session is rained out, it moves to the next open date at no cost.
