Booking & Sessions
All session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Session dates and times are subject to availability. By booking, you agree to arrive on time and prepared for your session as outlined in any pre-session communication.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit any deposit paid. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a complimentary reschedule will be offered.
Image Delivery & Usage
Edited images are typically delivered within 48 hours via a private online gallery. You receive a personal license to use delivered images for personal and professional purposes, including social media, websites, and printed materials. Commercial redistribution or resale of images is not permitted without written consent.
Copyright & Ownership
All photographs taken during sessions are copyrighted by Fuentes Studio. We retain the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session. If you prefer your images not be used for promotional purposes, please inform us before the session.
Payment
Prices listed on our website are current as of the date of your booking. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and cryptocurrency payments. All sales are final — no refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.
Website Use
By using fuentesstudio.com, you agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Fuentes Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
